01
The model

A protected paid-acquisition partnership—not a shared lead directory.

Dentist Orbit evaluates your location, service area, selected procedures, practice capacity, campaign economics, and existing partner conflicts. If approved, the territory is documented in the agreement and connected to a dedicated clinic landing page and booking workflow.

  • One approved partner per defined paid territory and procedure scope
  • Protection remains subject to active agreement and operating obligations
Why

Why territory protection matters

The model aligns local media investment, landing-page ownership, operational capacity, and partner accountability around one documented market.

01

Less channel conflict

Dentist Orbit avoids knowingly activating another paid-booking partner for the same agreed procedures inside the same protected campaign area.

02

Focused campaign learning

Search terms, audiences, creative, qualification, and booking data can be improved around one partner’s approved services and capacity.

03

Clearer accountability

The agreement defines geography, procedures, booking rules, response obligations, validation, exclusions, and review windows before media is scaled.

What

What an approved territory partner receives

The final scope is configured around the practice, market, selected procedures, access model, media responsibility, and commercial terms.

01

Defined territory schedule

A written schedule identifies the approved city, radius, ZIP or postal codes, procedures, campaign channels, term, exceptions, and review conditions.

02

Clinic-branded landing-page slug

A dedicated Dentist Orbit URL presents verified clinic information, approved procedures, qualification content, appointment actions, and tracking.

03

Google and Meta campaign options

Approved paid media can capture active search demand, create awareness, retarget engaged visitors, and support procedure-specific patient journeys.

04

Tracked inquiry and booking flow

Calls, forms, qualification events, booking status, duplicates, invalid events, and dispute evidence follow the agreed measurement standard.

05

CRM and workflow support

Where included, Orbit CRM, appointment routing, reminders, missed-call recovery, and follow-up workflows help the practice respond consistently.

06

Performance and capacity reviews

Campaign quality, response time, booking acceptance, schedule capacity, attendance feedback, and market economics are reviewed before expansion.

Partner landing page

Your clinic receives a dedicated Dentist Orbit destination.

The clinic name becomes an approved URL slug. That page can be tailored by location and procedure while maintaining Dentist Orbit’s campaign, tracking, privacy, and quality standards.

How

How territory approval and launch work

Territory protection starts only after availability, operating fit, commercial terms, and written definitions have been approved.

  1. 01

    Apply

Submit your clinic, location, procedures, capacity, current marketing, and preferred campaign model.

  2. 02

    Check availability

Dentist Orbit reviews partner conflicts, geographic boundaries, treatment overlap, and market feasibility.

  3. 03

    Validate readiness

Confirm licensing, reputation, schedule capacity, response ownership, call handling, claims, and data requirements.

  4. 04

    Define the agreement

Document territory, procedures, channels, media responsibility, paid-booking definition, exceptions, term, and review rules.

  5. 05

    Build and launch

Create the clinic slug, landing experience, tracking, CRM routing, creative, campaigns, and quality-assurance checklist.

  6. 06

    Review and scale

Evaluate demand, booking quality, response, capacity, attendance feedback, and economics before expanding scope.

Commercial governance

Protection is specific, conditional, and documented.

A protected territory is not an unrestricted promise of exclusivity and does not guarantee demand, appointments, attendance, treatment acceptance, rankings, or revenue.

Defined scope

Territory can be limited by radius, ZIP/postal codes, city boundaries, location, procedure, channel, term, or campaign type.

Partner obligations

Maintain capacity, respond within agreed standards, keep schedules accurate, use truthful claims, and provide required validation feedback.

Booking rules

Define required details, qualification, duplicate window, cancellation treatment, invalid events, dispute evidence, and acceptance timeline.

Review and release

Protection may be reviewed or released for non-payment, inactivity, capacity failure, compliance concerns, agreement breach, or unapproved changes.

Partner application

Check whether your territory is available.

Provide enough business information for a preliminary conflict, capacity, and fit review. Do not submit patient information or protected health information.

What happens next
  1. Preliminary territory and procedure review
  2. Practice readiness and capacity discussion
  3. Commercial model and tracking definition
  4. Written approval or reasoned decline

Submitting this form is an application only. It does not reserve a territory or create exclusivity until a written agreement is executed.

Questions & answers

Understand the territory model before applying.

Final definitions are contained in the signed agreement, not in website copy alone.

What does a protected territory mean?

It means Dentist Orbit will not knowingly activate another Dentist Orbit paid-booking partner for the same agreed procedures inside the same defined paid-media territory while the agreement remains active and the partner meets its obligations. Exact boundaries and exceptions must be written into the agreement.

Is the territory always exclusive for every dental procedure?

No. Protection may apply only to named procedures, locations, campaign channels, ZIP or postal codes, radius, and contract term. General dentistry, other specialties, organic search, and non-partner advertisers may remain outside the protected scope.

Who owns the Google or Meta advertising accounts?

The operating model is selected during onboarding. Campaigns may run through approved Dentist Orbit-managed infrastructure or an agreed client account. Ownership, payment responsibility, data access, and transition rights must be defined before launch.

How is a paid booking defined?

The signed schedule should define the required patient details, procedure interest, service-area match, booking status, duplicate window, exclusions, cancellation handling, validation evidence, and dispute period.

Does Dentist Orbit guarantee a volume of bookings?

No. Demand, media costs, competition, patient behavior, practice capacity, response quality, approvals, and platform performance can change. The agreement defines the scope, measurement system, commercial model, and review process rather than guaranteeing a result.

Can a multi-location dental group apply?

Yes. Each location and territory is reviewed separately or under a documented multi-location plan covering geography, procedures, routing, capacity, reporting, and conflict rules.
